The Crestview neighborhood includes 82 single family homes nestled in the beautiful Verde Valley at the foothills of Mingus Mountain.

The primary focus of the association is to foster a respectful environment  of neighbors cooperating with each other in order to make our  neighborhood a desirable place to live.

Our annual HOA fees are some of the lowest in the Verde Valley at only $50 per household per year.

We allow for a limited and set number of rental properties within our community.  Please contact us for availability.

Our Board consists of 3-7 elected, unpaid members plus a paid administrative assistant.  Terms are for 2 years and members are homeowner volunteers.

Our community has no amenities, developed common property, and no clubhouse.  What we DO have is a friendly, safe, clean neighborhood you can be proud of.
